- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking start date may be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.
3. Dog Requirements
To ensure the safety and well-being of all dogs in our care:
- All dogs must be fully vaccinated (including kennel cough) and up to date with flea and worm treatments.
- Dogs must be sociable and non-aggressive toward other dogs and humans.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if a dog poses a risk to staff or other animals.
4. Health and Emergencies
- Owners must disclose any medical conditions or behavioral issues their dog may have.
- In case of illness or emergency, we will contact you immediately. If veterinary treatment is required, we will make every effort to use your nominated vet. If unavailable, we reserve the right to use an alternative vet.
- All veterinary fees incurred during your dog’s stay are the responsibility of the owner.
5. Liability
- While we take all reasonable care to ensure your dog’s safety and well-being, Hounds Holidays UK shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, or death of any dog in our care unless due to our proven negligence.
- Owners are responsible for any damage or injury caused by their dog to other animals, staff, or property.

- You may provide personal items (e.g., bedding, toys). However, we are not liable for any loss or damage to these items.
7. Photos and Social Media
- We may take photos or videos of your dog during their stay for use on our website and social media platforms. Please let us know in writing if you do not consent to this.

9. Governing Law
